Remember, your login details are the key to accessing all features of the app—they are for you alone. Be sure to keep them confidential and secure, and ensure no one else can access your account. Each user is allowed only one account to help maintain the authenticity and safety of our community.

If you suspect that someone else may know your login credentials or has access to your account, please notify us immediately. It is important to understand that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We're here to help you keep your account secure. For the Yeamze Service to truly serve you, it is essential that the information you provide—whether about your personal achievements, statistics, or key milestones—is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. 5. User-Generated Content

5.1. Responsibility for User Content

By using the Yeamze service, you acknowledge and agree that your sports achievements and the information displayed on your profile may be used to provide you with professional or promotional opportunities. This may include recommendations to partners, potential sponsors, or exclusive offers deemed relevant to your athletic journey.

Any communication or connection resulting from such promotion will be managed and facilitated exclusively by Yeamze, ensuring that you receive personalized, professional, and secure support throughout the process.

The effectiveness of this promotion depends heavily on the accuracy and currency of the data on your profile. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain a profile that accurately reflects your skills, performance, and achievements. We assess your potential using various objective criteria, including, but not limited to: your performance data, your engagement on the platform, feedback from interactions with coaches or mentors, and other development indicators.

As part of this process, Yeamze uses a proprietary algorithm designed to identify and assess sports talent. This tool, which is continuously refined, is built to provide fair, accurate, and contextualized evaluations of user profiles within the community. Regular adjustments and optimizations are made to ensure the relevance of the analysis as the sports industry evolves.

If a third party expresses interest in your profile, all contact or opportunities will go exclusively through the Yeamze team, in order to ensure transparency, quality of communication, and protection of your interests.

Our ambition is clear: to provide emerging talents with a professional showcase while fostering sustainable and ethical development within the athletic journey. By actively maintaining and publishing your profile on Yeamze, you are directly contributing to this shared mission.

5.2. Content Management

Yeamze provides you with a dedicated space to share your sports journey through videos, photos, text, statistics (such as goals, assists, notable performances), and other contributions. You retain full intellectual property rights to the content you publish on the platform. This content remains entirely yours.

However, by publishing content on the Yeamze service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and share your content on the platform and in connection with our communication efforts. This license remains in effect as long as your content is hosted on Yeamze or until you choose to delete it, subject to technical delays related to deletion and backup retention.

You acknowledge that some elements (such as shares or interactions) may persist beyond your control even after deletion, especially if they were shared by other users prior to removal.

As a contributor, you are solely responsible for the content you publish. It is your duty to ensure that your posts comply with applicable laws, do not infringe on third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, privacy rights, etc.), and align with the values and behavioral standards of the Yeamze community. Accordingly, you agree to only publish content for which you hold the necessary rights or permissions.

Yeamze reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or delete any content deemed inappropriate, contrary to the spirit of the platform, or in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is discriminatory, offensive, misleading, violent, or contrary to public decency.

Respect and kindness are the pillars of our community. Abusive, hateful, or harmful behavior towards other members will not be tolerated. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to take any necessary action, including the suspension or termination of your access to the service, without prior notice.

The entire Yeamze service—including, but not limited to, its features, source code, architecture, design, texts, images, videos, audio, and any other content elements—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Intellectual Property Rights include, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, design rights, trade secrets, and any other rights recognized under applicable national and international legislation. These rights are the exclusive property of Yeamze and/or its partners, subcontractors, or licensors.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as granting you any ownership rights over the Yeamze service or any of its components. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you as a user. Any use, reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution not expressly authorized is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Terms of Use

By joining Yeamze, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines—particularly those related to creating, distributing, and sharing content. Respect for others and adherence to platform rules is a fundamental principle of your participation.

As part of our ongoing effort to enhance the user experience, the Yeamze service may evolve. These changes may include updates or removal of certain features, interface adjustments, or the introduction of new offerings. These modifications are implemented to improve the quality and relevance of the service.

Yeamze relies heavily on user-generated content, which leads to a diversity of perspectives and expressions. By using the platform, you accept the possibility of encountering content that may be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or offensive. While we implement moderation measures, we cannot guarantee the review of every published item. Therefore, Yeamze disclaims responsibility for content uploaded by users. To access the Yeamze service, you must have a compatible device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. All costs related to accessing and using the service, including data or subscription fees, are your sole responsibility.

2. Copying or modifying the Yeamze service or its technology is prohibited.
3. Do not attempt to probe for vulnerabilities or bugs on our platform.

7.3. Reporting Content and Moderation

Once your report is submitted, our moderation team will promptly review it and take appropriate action in accordance with our usage rules and applicable law.

8. Duration of the Terms

By accessing or using the Yeamze service, you expressly agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your relationship with the platform throughout your usage. Our agreement remains valid, binding, and adaptable in accordance with the continuous enhancements made to your sports journey. You retain the right to terminate your use of the service at any time, whether temporarily or permanently. That decision rests solely with you.

On our part, we are committed to providing a high-quality, engaging, and dynamic service. However, we acknowledge that certain adjustments or service interruptions may arise due to technical or operational circumstances. In such cases, any major change affecting your use will be communicated clearly and transparently, in line with our commitment to openness and respect for the Yeamze community.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1. Technical and Functional Limitations of the Service

The Yeamze service is provided "as is" and subject to availability. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding its ability to meet your expectations or specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, title, or non-infringement.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the reliability, continuity, and security of the service, we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical failures. Should any malfunction or interruption occur, we are committed to restoring proper service functionality as quickly as possible.

You also acknowledge the inherent risks of digital environments, including the potential presence of viruses, bugs, or other harmful elements. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content on the platform, we cannot guarantee that all information is always accurate, complete, or up to date.

9.2. Liability for Third Parties and Uncontrollable Events

Our platform relies heavily on user-generated content. However, as a provider of an open exchange space, we are not in a position to comprehensively moderate or control all content published or all interactions between users. As such, Yeamze disclaims all liability for content posted by users and for any legal consequences arising therefrom. Furthermore, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform in cases of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Although we will strive to restore services as swiftly as possible, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including—without limitation—loss of profits, business interruption, or emotional distress, unless otherwise required by law.

10. User Responsibility and Indemnification

As a member of the Yeamze community, you acknowledge that your conduct contributes to the overall community and legal environment of the platform. By using the Yeamze service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yeamze, its affiliates, officers, representatives, employees, and partners from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising from or in any way connected to:

• Your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Yeamze service;
• Any actual or alleged violation of these Terms of Service;
• Any infringement of third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, property rights, or privacy rights;
• Any claim that content you submitted caused harm to a third party.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the Yeamze service and the expiration of these Terms.

In short, you bear full responsibility for your actions on the platform. Should any dispute or damage arise from your use of the service, you agree to assume full financial and legal accountability.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1. Service Availability and Data Backup

Availability Changes: The nature of digital services means that interruptions, pauses, or even discontinuation of service may occur. We make every effort to minimize disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Data Backup: The Yeamze service is not designed as a data backup platform. Please ensure that you maintain independent backups of all important information to safeguard your data.

11.2. Rights and Responsibilities

It is your duty to comply at all times with these Terms of Service and to respect the limitations of use outlined herein. Non-Waiver of Rights: Yeamze’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms or to take action following a breach does not constitute a waiver of our rights. All rights—whether stipulated herein or recognized under applicable law—remain fully enforceable and may be exercised at any time.

Severability: We aim to draft these Terms clearly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable law. However, should any provision be deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses. The remaining provisions shall remain fully effective, ensuring stable and fair operations of the Yeamze service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Yeamze service is operated in accordance with French law, which serves as the legal foundation governing these Terms of Service and all your interactions with the platform.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them, are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. This legal framework ensures a solid, coherent, and reliable foundation for the management and operation of our service.

Consumer Protection: Yeamze acknowledges and respects consumer protection rights applicable within the European Union. If you are a resident of an EU Member State, these rights apply in addition to the provisions outlined in these Terms.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the competent courts located in France shall, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions, have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring an action before the courts of your place of residence. Additionally, you may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission to seek an amicable cross-border resolution.

13. Assignment and Continuity of Commitments

As Yeamze evolves, organizational or structural adjustments may occur, including changes in governance, mergers, acquisitions, or integration within a third-party entity or broader ecosystem. This section aims to clarify the applicable rules in the event of such changes.

In the event of a change in the structure or ownership of the service, any assignment, transfer, or delegation of our rights may be carried out, provided that service continuity is maintained and the interests of the Yeamze community are preserved. Such operations will be conducted with a view to the ongoing improvement and sustainability of the platform’s mission.

However, the rights and obligations you hold as a user are personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable to any third party, unless expressly authorized by us in advance. This rule is intended to safeguard the uniqueness and authenticity of each profile and individual contribution on the platform.

14. Applicable Language

To ensure the accessibility of the service to an international audience, these Terms of Service may be translated into other languages. However, in the event of any discrepancy, contradiction, or differing interpretation between a translated version and the original French version, the French version shall prevail.

The French version constitutes the official, legally binding, and enforceable version of these Terms. This approach ensures a uniform and consistent interpretation of our contractual commitments, particularly in the event of a dispute or ambiguity resulting from a translation.
